Eastside Innovation exists because Eastside KCK needs developers who know the ground, not just the spreadsheet. Our team has spent years learning the Eastside's landscape, parcel by parcel, block by block, building relationships with residents, institutions, and public partners along the way.
That on-the-ground knowledge is what allows us to identify the right sites, structure the right deals, and deliver projects that actually fit. We are not a national fund parachuting into a hot market. We are local operators who understand the complexity of building in communities that have been under-invested for decades.

Eastside Innovation operates as a for-profit developer focused on executing projects and stewarding investor capital. We are closely aligned with Eastside Opportunity, a nonprofit partner working on community-building, advocacy, and ecosystem development on the Eastside of Kansas City, Kansas.
While the two entities are distinct, we share a common belief: Eastside KCK deserves projects and places that match the ambition of its people. This dual structure lets us maintain the discipline investors expect while staying connected to the community work that makes development meaningful.
