Airside Innovation Missouri LLC is bringing a state-of-the-art fixed base operation to Wheeler Downtown Airport. The development includes a 15,000-square-foot terminal building and over 150,000 square feet of new hangar, office, and shop space — designed to serve both business and general aviation. Led by award-winning Kansas City aviator Eiserer, whose track record includes growing Hangar 10 into what became Atlantic Aviation at this same airport, the Apex Aero Center team brings decades of regional expertise to the project.

Airside Innovation Missouri
A joint venture between Airside FBO and Eastside Innovation, the team has secured financing and completed pre-construction. Phased completion is targeted before the 2026 World Cup, with full delivery by mid-2027.
